[url=http://www.jmm6l99.com/]太陽城[/URL]報道： 家父有“老寒腿”，天一冷，腿就酸、麻、脹、痛。為此，我費了不少心思，前年買的是護膝，去年買的是保暖褲。上周，我給他買了個足浴桶，就是晚上泡腳時能淹沒到小腿肚的那種。當天晚上，父親坐在沙發上邊看電視邊泡腳的時候，竟然香香地打起呼嚕來了。 給父親買足浴桶并非偶然。前兩年，我們醫院開了個腿療門診，為此，醫院專門購置了30個足浴桶。一年多過去了，我發現，很多患者的疑難雜癥在不知不覺間減輕了。 事實上，生活中我們泡腳大多用的是水盆，這樣最多只能淹沒到腳踝。如果選用一個大小適中的木桶來泡腳，這樣，熱水就可以淹沒到小腿肚，對促進血液循環效果更好。 中醫認為，“經脈所過，主治所及”，意思是說，只要是你刺激經脈所經過的穴位，都能對其對應的臟器起到治療作用。就拿腿浴來講，一般的足浴僅能刺激足部的一些穴位，但腿浴不僅可以刺激足部穴位，連小腿上一些重要的穴位都能“照顧”到。 例如，我們小腿上有個穴位叫三陰交穴，它是肝經、腎經、脾經三經的交匯處。腿浴時，用熱水刺激這個穴位，可以達到調理肝、腎、脾的作用。另外，刺激腿部 的陽陵泉穴可以調理肝膽；刺激足三里可以調理腸胃。也就是說，腿浴雖然比足浴多泡了一個小腿肚，卻能把人的五臟六腑調理個遍，效果當然會更好。 下面說說我父親的老寒腿的痊愈法。 用藥汁來進行腿浴，效果之好就更不用提了。在父親泡腳時，我給他開了一個處方： 威靈仙、伸筋草各30克，桑寄生、當歸、丹參、雞血藤各20克，白芷12克，秦艽、蘇木、羌活、獨活各15克。 這個方子由于是泡腳用的，因此，熬起來也不用像熬喝的湯藥那么麻煩。每天晚上把藥熬好后，把藥渣撈出來，在藥汁中加入適量熱水就可以泡腳了。如果你嫌這樣麻煩，也可用開水把這些藥材泡上半小時，用藥汁泡腳。這樣雖然免了熬這一過程，但藥效會差一些。 父親在做完腿浴后告訴我，腿浴的時候，他不僅感覺睡意朦朧，做完后，全身還會微微汗出，那真是一種酣暢淋漓的舒服感啊。 其實，很多治病方法都是相通的。就拿腿浴這個方法來說，在腿浴的時候，如能順便在腿上的幾大要穴按摩幾分鐘，腿浴的效果自然就會強很多。以此類推，如果你哪處不舒服，除了服藥，還可以在身上尋找不舒服的穴位點，多按摩按摩，這樣“雙管齊下”，毛病也能早點消除。 □ 本期博主：王新志 河南中醫學院一附院 我要評論 信息來自:[url=http://www.jmm6l99.com/]www.jmm6l99.com[/URL] [url=http://www.jmm6l99.com/]太陽城網上娛樂[/URL]
