黄之锋被捕时遭打 至今未获释

2014年11月26日，黄之锋早上到旺角占领区，其后亦被警方拘捕。他被控藐视法庭及妨碍公职人员执行职务罪。（学民思潮FACEBOOK）
学民思潮发言人黎汶洛，周三(26日)晚在Facebook上发文指，在旺角被捕的学民思潮召集人黄之锋，被捕时曾被打；而警方控告黄之锋藐视法庭、防碍公职人员执行职务两项罪名。（何山报道）
黎汶洛引述律师表示，黄之锋已完成录口供程序，两项罪名均不认罪，但仍未被释放。而律师曾两次去信警务处长，要求解释事件，认为警方现时是非法扣留。
